Nature's Daughter is a 30 year-old Special Event business, founded by Kathy Whalen AIFD, formerly of Basking Ridge, NJ, and currently of Naples, FL. Kathy is a visual event stylist and floral designer known for elegant weddings and special events, and whose signature is attention to detail. Galas are the known as the "Oscars" of the Special Event industry and Kathy is a five-time Gala Award winner. She is currently writing a book entitled A Fresh Look at Judging Floral Design with Hitomi Gilliam AIFD. It is due to be published in late spring 2012.
